PaidWrite is built by a small team in California. Email us and one of us reads it — there is no ticket queue and no phone tree.
General support
Something not working, a scan that looks wrong, a question about a result, or help getting the app running on your phone. We answer during business hours, Monday through Friday, Pacific time — usually within one business day.
Billing and credits
Charges, receipts, or credits that did not land after a purchase. Include the email address on your Stripe receipt so we can find the payment.
Privacy requests
Access, deletion, or opting out of analytics. Documents are never stored on our servers, so there is rarely much to delete — but we will confirm exactly what we hold.
Security reports
Vulnerabilities or anything that looks like a security problem. We acknowledge within one business day. See the security page for our full posture.
What to include
So we can help on the first reply: the device you are using (iPhone, Android, or the Chrome extension), what you were doing when it went wrong, and — if it is about a specific scan — the risk score and document type it returned. Please do not email us the document itself. We do not need it, and we would rather it stayed with you.
Common questions
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no signup and no subscription. Open the app and scan — your credits live on the device.
- How do I buy credits?
- Credits are purchased on this website and redeemed in the app. Pricing is $2 per page plus a small AI processing fee, with no minimum and no monthly charge.
- The app says a valid document is high risk. What now?
- Photograph the page again in even light with the whole document in frame — a blurred or cropped photo is the most common cause. If the result still looks wrong, email us the risk score and the document type (not the document itself) and we will investigate.
- ¿Hay soporte en español?
- Sí. La aplicación completa y todos los análisis funcionan en español, y puede escribirnos en español a support@paidwrite.app.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. PaidWrite analyzes documents and cites the statutes behind each finding. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed attorney.
